Well looky here, It has been a long time.

Anyway, I have been seeing a rather bad trend in Tasmania. It would seem that for full time students who can't work and as suck are on centerlink find it rather hard to get a rental property.
Sure centerlink can be a pain but why hold that against the student?
Some students are finding them selves in places the would rather not be in all because no one will give them a chance. There is somewhat of a rental shortage here but still. People are bumping up the rent and looking down at the students wanting to move out on their own.
Now, sure there are some bad eggs but not all of us are like that. Some of us are good tenants who wont break your house and will pay the rent on time every time.
Please wont someone give us a chance?
